Who we are
Corality Ltd (company number 15956745, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX) is the controller for the personal data described in this notice. If you have any questions, email hello@corality.io.
This notice covers this website and our contact with prospective customers. It does not cover personal data held in the Corality platform on behalf of our customers, such as residents’ details. For that data the housing association, council or consultancy is the controller and we act on their instructions, so please contact them first.
What we collect
- When you book a demo. Your name, email address, organisation and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings are made through TidyCal, which passes these details to us.
- When you contact us. Your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the site. We do not use it to identify you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and run the demo you booked, and to follow up about Corality afterwards. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and telling the people who asked about our service.
- To take steps towards a contract with your organisation if you decide to go ahead.
- To keep the website secure and working. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website.
- TidyCal, which runs our demo booking page.
- Google Workspace, which provides our email.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by the UK’s adequacy regulations or by approved contract terms such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and demo details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless your organisation becomes a customer, in which case we keep business contact details for as long as the contract runs and up to six years afterwards. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a short period for security and then deleted.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The booking page on TidyCal is a separate site with its own cookie and privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you

- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to us using it, including for any follow-up about our service
